Alcon Club Papa para Filhotes is a complete f ood, scientifically developed to feed young ones from birth to "weaning". Indicated for the diverse Psittacides like parrots, macaws, Callopsites, Agapornis and parrokets. It can be used to feed young ones "from the hand" without the participation of the parents, as well as a supplement for both parents and young ones in systems where the parents participate in the breeding. It is also recommended for the feeding of sick or convalescent birds.
Alcon Club Papa para Filhotes provides an excellent digestibility by means of digestive enzymes, perfect nutrient balancing, and a uniform texture. Besides vitamins and minerals the food is enriched by a prebiotic and a probiotic that favour the installation of a beneficial intestinal flora in young ones, which is responsible for both the better absorption of nutrients and the higher resistance to sicknesses.
INSTRUCTIONS: for the direct feeding of young ones, prepare the pap in the proportion food / water according to the need of each species and administrate it with a syringe in the bird's beak. The table below serves as a suggestion. When feeding parents or birds in convalescence, prepare the food by mixing a part of the product with a part of water. Do always use filtered or boiled water. Prepare the mixture with tepid water, homogenize it well and serve it at a temperature of approximately 38 ºC. Prepare only the quantity to be administrated at a time, or to be directly consumed by the adults. Remove the food rests from the beak of the young ones and thoroughly clean preparation tools, syringes, and feeding places.
