Acidifier to correct the pH of water
Labcon Acid is indicated to reduce the pH of water in freshwater aquarium. pH changes are harmful to aquarium inhabitants. Consult the literature to define the ideal pH for your aquarium, considering the species living in. Use Labcon Acid as an emergency corrective measure. Try to identify and reverse the causes responsible for alkalization. Buffers can be applied for longer lasting results. Use Labcon Test pH Tropical to monitor pH. Remember that corrections must be made gradually, as sudden changes stress fish.
Feeding Guide
1) Calculate the volume of water in the aquarium.
2) Keeping the bottle in vertical position, add 2 drops of Labcon Acid for every 3 liters of water.
3) After 30 minutes measure the pH to check the correction which depends on the pH scale in which the water was.
4) If a new adjustment is necessary, this must be done after 4 hours so that the fish and plants have time to adapt.
