Complete balanced food for psittacines babies
A specific complete diet providing Psittacines babies like Cockatiels, Love Birds, Parakeets, or Parrots with optimal growth and healthy development hatching to weaning. Also recommended for feeding sick or convalescent birds. Can be used whether for hand feeding chicks by using a syringe or as a supplement to be mixed with the daily diet when the parents don´t participate in raising the chicks. Its digestive enzymes, balanced nutrients and homogeneous texture provide high digestibility.
Feeding Directions
For the direct hand feeding of the chicks, use the right proportion food/water according to each species needs and use a syringe to feed the beak of the bird. The table below can serve as a suggestion. For feeding parents or birds on recovery or convalescence, prepare the food mixing a part of the product with a part of water. Always use filtered water or previously boiled water. Prepare the mixture using lukewarm water, stir till getting a good homogeneous mixture and serve under temperature around 38 oC (100,4 oF). Only prepare the right quantity of food to be offered at a time. Remove the remains of food the beak of the bird and carefully clean the syringes, feeders and utensils used in the preparation process.
